The First Experiences…
These are my first and fresh experiences of
Reiki energy. This particular event occurred just after the first day’s session
I attended, and just after receiving the two first attunements. Reiki First
Degree has 4 attunements and the very first day each student is attuned with 2
attunements only. So you will understand the significance of how important this
experience was for me, because of not even having had all four attunements and
yet there was a very positive result!
It was my first day with Reiki Healing
Energy. I had just been attuned by the master for this unique energy for the
benefit of myself and who ever I was going to come across as a my patients for
the purpose of healing. I was told that you just do your 24 point touch Reiki
on your own body as well as give Reiki to anybody from your home. After
completing the 24 points touch Reiki on my body, I asked my wife if she would
like to experience this energy as a healing or not? She had been suffering from
insomnia in the last few weeks prior, and she was taking pills to sleep at the
time. She just accepted my offer, rather she told that she knows that one has
to ask for Reiki if he/she wants it as a healing energy and has to do energy
exchange too.
Then she really made herself comfortable to
take Reiki session from me and I started as per instruction given to me. I just
put one hand over her forehead and one hand on her throat and started the
process of giving Reiki with the simple things I had learned. And I was so
surprised when suddenly I felt heat under my palms as well as a tremendous flow
of Reiki going on. Within 5 minutes my wife was in deep sleep and this was the
first time I felt that she slept with relaxation and rest on her face.
Well, during the night she used to awake 2/3
times. But this time she told me that
she just woke up in the early morning around her normal waking time. And it was
good news for me as a healer that from then onward she did not take pills to
get to sleep, but she just asked Reiki to heal her sleep issue…..
Really Reiki Heals Root Causes
Reiki helps to remove root causes hidden
under the psychological shield which we have created, and it heals mentally and
emotionally too. Here I will explain a case, which started when I was with my 2nd
degree Reiki and was able to do distance healing. I remember that during these
16 months of healing process with this case I learned 3rd degree and became a
master also and I had started my own Reiki Classes.
With whatever experiences I have had, I went
for the
One of my friends went to Poone for the
purpose of a family celebration and they got a case for me. She was a 50 years
old, once so wise woman, who suddenly became violent during the time of full
moon night. She would wake up with a different frame of mind and hit
her husband and her young son with such strength, that they decided to keep her
awake before and during those 3 / 4 days
around full moon nights. They tied her to
the bed end before she would wake up and waited till she just got too tired to
stand up and then would fall a sleep for 10/15 minutes.
Besides these facts they told me that she was
a schizophrenic and depressed woman. Meanwhile I got one letter from her
Husband with a brief history of the matter. I asked him to send one photograph
of her so I can put the photo under Reiki charged crystal grid before full moon
night. I received the photo and put it under the Reiki charged crystal grid and
started Reiki to prevent the lady’s mind having such kind of occurrences, which
was leading her to violence. Mostly I was charging the grid and sending Reiki
to all the patients after my evening meditation till the late at night. I had
started to give Reiki to this lady with a few specifications for her. I also
considered morning time for her healing.
One fine early morning just after I woke up,
the phone rang and the husbands voice said with satisfaction; “Hello Mr. Mehta,
thank you very much. This is like a miracle for me, because since last one and
half year we hardly had a relaxed moment regarding these full moon nights. To
day we tied her up and waited for her attack, but she was just sleeping peacefully.

Then after 2 weeks the husband rang me again
informing that I must consider both the day of moon cycle for the healing. The dark night was affecting her slightly and
she started to use swear words and talk with anger and shout for a few hours. I
asked Reiki for the follow up and I was suggested to put her photo permanently
under the grid. Since then the attack
never occurred but at the same time there was a few psycho somatic releases
happening continuously which had disturbed the husband but he got the reasons
behind such kind of occurrences and slowly and gradually she came up to live
normal life with others.
I learned by experience that Reiki heals the
root causes too…..
